Re: Your Gas Mileage?
it could be the extra weight your hauling around, I get good mileage becuase a got a short box regular cab 2wd base model. That's almost as lightweight as you can get from the factory, its just i dont got a the 4 banger.

Re: Your Gas Mileage?
I have been averaging anywhere from 19.5-22.5 mpg's on mine. That can dip slightly if I do a little city driving. Lowest was 16.5 back in the winter and my highest was about 24.6 on an almost all highway tank.

Re: Your Gas Mileage?
I get a pretty good 22-26mpg with the free air box mod and Superchips tuner. Yes I beat the crap out of it and sill get pretty good fuel mileage. Did have the Ford shop change all my fluids to synthetic, Eng Trans & rear axle. Its a quick little truck! If I drove it conservatively I might get into the 30s, but who wants to drive that way?

Re: Your Gas Mileage?
With my scangauge II and really babying it I get about 24-25 MPG city and 30 highway. I know this is really high, I feel like I'm either really lucky or have just taken care of this truck very well. I get about 450-500 miles a tank. And it is an auto

Re: Your Gas Mileage?
its tough to do. it takes a lot of watching and babying it. plus its really easy with the great warm california weather we get. i wish the gasoline wasn't so watered down though. its like E10 where i'm at.

Re: Your Gas Mileage?
I usually get 19.5ish in my 5 speed just driving on regular roads and "country highways" I don't usually drive on the highway, or extreme stop and go city traffic. I'm stock tires and its a two wheel drive. Not too bad
