Default losing power and funky smells coming from tail pipe

Hey everyone, Ive got a few questions..
i have a v6 3.0l flex fuel 2002 ranger 2wd and lately its been acting up, i changed the spark plugs the other day cause i got a misfire from 1st 4th and 5th cylinders. turns out those spark plugs were destroyed, missing the pieces where the spark actually occurs, so obviously thats where i got the misfire codes. i was wondering what could cause that? i changed the plugs and wires and the coil pack if fairly new also, I'm still getting a definite loss in power, i can hardly make it uphill on the freeway at 60mph.

iam also getting a funky smell from the tailpipe that smells like something is burning that definitely shouldn't be. my grandpa thinks i have a cracked head and its leaking coolant into my engine and thats what I'm burning.
I'm leaking oil too, it looks like its coming straight from the little bolt that you loosen to change the oil, it could be lose but i cranked it down and its still dripping.
thanks for checking this out and let me know if you have any ideas of what could be going on! thank you!

I would do a compression test on the engine, you can rent a tester from Advanced Auto or some place like that. It's free. As for the oil leak, it could be as simple as a bad o-ring on the drain plug. Check to make sure the oil is not coming from where the transmission and engine meet, this can be an indication of a rear main seal leak. Also look higher on the motor make sure the oil isn't running down from the valve covers.

thanks for help, i took the head off since it was the main suspicion, found moisture in the cylinders so it does look like something is leaking into there.got new head gaskets and other seals. if that doesn't work ill try the compression test. thanks for the help
