PCM and harness because it has some different sensors and requires the PCM because it has bigger injectors that the non flex motor. Other than that if you want the flex capability then you also need the flex sensor (will need this to keep it from setting a CEL either way) and fuel lines. And check to see if it has pats if it does you'll need the lock cylinder with the PATS sensor.
