You should fix any grounds straps. It's cheap and easy.

What kind of details should I put about it? And is there a way to reset the battery light.

Year, engine, cab, ac?, miles?, abs? 4wd? etc. All I see on my app is "lift stuff"

In the center of the picture is a white/black wire with a small square gray connector. If you have that make sure it is clean and connected. If you disconnect it the battery light should come on.
