Question Damn truck

so i replaced my head gasket and all of the seals got her back togather and she cranks but wont start she has spark and fuel to the rails im unsure how to proceed due to having to have it back runing by 5am for work and i've recently replaced the cam sycnro, fuel fliter, plugs, wires HELP ME PLEASE

If you have spark and fuel, the only thing left is compression or your timing is really messed up from the cam sync being installed wrong. Do a compression test to make sure nothing's crazy there, then double check the install of your cam sync by putting the engine at TDC at the #1 cylinder.

cam sync is right amusing its compression running compression test after work and redoing the head bolts if still no good I'll assume a wrapped head

So, you changed the head gaskets, but didn't check for evenness on the head or block? Could very well be a warped head. You should always have them checked by a machine shop for cracks and decked before putting them back on. They could very well be cracked too.

No I checked them with a straight edge but those can be unreliable and I'm to broke to have a shop look them over and all that

It shouldn't cost more than $30 a head or so to get them decked.
