-new water pump
-new hose's
-flushed the motor
-new timing chain adjustment
-new timing cover gasket

all of that said and done it came out to be $562.00 but it was well needed

Just so you're not talkin to yourself, I've heard that to be a common problem on the 3.0, leaking from the timing cover instead of the pump.

Not sure what a "timing chain adjustment" is all about considering the 3.0 does not have an adjustable timing chain.
