Default *vid included* strange noises when engaging clutch

Hey new member here. 4.0 5 speed 2008 Ranger Sport

Here’s a quick video of the noises:
If it matters or helps, I know I had the camera out the drivers side window but the sound does seem to come from the middle of the truck where the transmission is.

It makes this metallic rubbing noises as well as a “shuddering” noise as I’m engaging the the clutch and goes away when fully engaged. Rarely happens on an upshift if I’m not careful. The only way to avoid it is to rev to 1800-2000rpm and slip the piss out of the clutch or crawl and baby the accel and clutch. I used to engage the clutch at 1400-1500rpm for years no problem for most of my time driving.

I’m just confused because I had this truck 4-5 years and it never made a sound like this. And I’m especially confused because I had the clutch, master, and slave cylinder replaced (fooking $1200 job) for a dead clutch (clutch was soft for awhile and eventually lost almost all pressure) about 1.5-2 years ago. The shuddering appeared pretty much right after the clutch job but the rubbing whining noise started around 6 months ago.
