Good luck finding that at a hardware store.

Here we go making a mountain out of a mole hill. It's just a sheet metal screw and doesn't need to be OEM to last the life of the truck.

Do you have any idea WTF you are talking about????? It's a sheet metal screw that is fully accessible from both top and bottom.
