It's super easy, most people here, including myself used KRYLON FUSION spray paint available anywhere really, once you get that, start removing the doors (3 screws) and anything else you want to get out, you can leave the dash in there if you want but the articles on here make it pretty easy to get out. Just clean it up a bit with windex or armorall etc and then go ahead and spray, thats what I did almost 2 years ago and it still looks great, i've done it on my exterior trim too and it lasts forever even after power washing weekly! Mask off anything you dont want painted with painters tape and then throw some clear coat on it if you want to protect it a bit more and make it shine.
