Sounds like you are a new vehicle kind of guy. If you don't enjoy doing your own work on vehicles then sell it. Perhaps fix the front suspension and headlights by yourself to save $$$$ and increase the resale value. Honestly, look up Chrisfix on YouTube if you wish to have another ~$1000 added to the resale value. With all of those issues on a 2002 I would not offer what you're considering to ask.
