That item (more specifically, it's known as the CJB) does not exist on an 04+ model. Nor does the relay box under the dash or does the GEM. All of these components are integrated into the SJB, a major part of the new wiring setup for 04+ models. Hope his SJB didn't get damaged during the short/overload event as replacement will add to the cost of repairs.
