If your good with soldering and such you can make a dummy o2 sensor with some resistors the thing is how fast they will burn out etc plus you have to know the correct resitance the 02 is putting out for a clean burn. Read more hastle then you want to deal with if you want to chop the cats do it run a full straight pipe put on a Flowmaster 10 series muffler they have a good growl.
