Ahhh. Ford re-indexed the torsion keys in 2008 to get a softer ride (it also lowered the ride height). Pre 08 trucks sit an inch or so higher than 08 and newer trucks. If you want, you can swap in keys from a pre 08 truck and gain back that inch or so.

You already have 1.5" blocks from the factory. Stacking blocks is sketchy as hell, so would not recommend putting a 1" block on top of the factory one. You could swap in pre 08 factory blocks, which are an inch taller. Could also do an AAL or shackles.
