I had to go to south of me pick up some parts for my 69 Mustang yesterday & coming back up the GSP f^#&&@g out of state tourists that feel the need to drive under the speed limit in the left lane & will not move over & let you pass when you come up behind them & you can not pass because they are pacing the car next to them. Plus there are signs on the highway that say keep right except to pass, & keep right & pass left.
