Any extended cab seats should bolt in (I say should, some people say they have had issues) but the easiest would be 01 to 03 extended cab (can't stress that part enough) seats. 04+ seats are pretty simple too, you just need to keep your 02 buckles/pretensioners as in 04 they changed but that part is easy as well.

Source:

Swapped 2000 seats into a 02 (needed buckles swapped)
2011 seats into a 02 (just a torx bit to take put and put in buckles)
06 seats in a 03 (needed a nut to be sanded down for the buckles, easy to do)
