Napa have all different kinds in stock usually. Depending on how much lift you have. Normally the factory bushing is set so the tire can only go in (top to the motor). When I lifted my truck I had to get a bushing that was offset AND was angled inside the bushing to bring my tire back out (to the road).

If you are just putting in a 2" leveling kit you can most likely get away with using the factory bushings. Loosen them up so that the shop wont have to piss with them. YES, you will have to get an ailgnment.
