this is not a hard job. I can't do anything mechanical but i managed to do this. Here is what you do. PM Clinton. Tell him you need 2 new cruise toggles. He will go to the junkyard and get them for you. He'll sell them to you for a very decent price. Once you get them this is what you do. You take the covers off the side of the steering colum. there will be one bolt on each side. Undo those bolts. Undoing these bolts will loosen up the airbag. you can either unplug the air bag or put it on top of the steering colum. then you will see the 4 screws holding the toggles in. unscrew them and then disconnect them. That will be a bitch. But get a pair of needle nose and pull. once you have those out just plug them in to the new ones and put it all back together. it's pretty simple.
