Got some clasps, some 2X4's, and some kid's pool noodles cut in half for padding. The only hard part was getting the end that goes into the bed stakes. It takes me about 10 minutes to put it on and 10 minutes to take it off. Hauls my 14 foot 6inch canoe and other kayaks no problem. Cost of material about 30 bucks.
