Default Clicking sound when turning

I have a 1999 Ford Ranger about a year ago I converted the auto locking hubs to manual locking hubs and I just had the clutch rebuilt. The truck has 178K miles on it and just today I started to hear a clicking sound when turning. I haven't quite been able to locate where it is coming from. It sounds like it is either coming from the passenger side front tire or somewhere more towards the dash. I am not experienced at all in any of this type of mechanics so I am posting on here to see what you all have for me. It only really clicks when I turn. It is also a continuous clicking noise. PLEASE HELP!!
