i think if you go much higher the trucks start to look top heavy without widening the stance which in california means you have to have fender flares. but if you go more than 5 inches up i say get some 1.5 inch wheel spacers to keep that aggresive stance.

5" is not enough to clear 35's on a stock fender coil-spring truck.
The amount of money out for 4 wheel spacers that large just about equals the price of new wheels with proper backspacing.
