Lift shackles (also used for Chevy lowering shackles) lift blocks, and add-a-leaf kits are the most popular options. Any one of those items would run you between $50-$80.
I've also heard of people who run Ford Explorer leaf springs for ~3" of lift. You can also use 1998-2003 F150 2WD leafs for around 3"-4" of lift.
