So my timing belt broke this weekend and i just got to it today. I have a few questions.
I took off the A/C and powersteering pully assembly. took out the radiator the fan and the plastic cover for the belt. Now I just need to take the crank pulley off.
1. Is the bold holding it in a Righty tighty or a lefty tighty? (Right/left hand thread?)
2. Do I need a harmonic puller to get it off or can i shove a bar in there and crank the little sh!t off?
3. The tension pulley for the belt has one bolt, the pulley, and the spring. I loosened the bolt and nothing moved.... should I wait till I have the new belt on to loosen the spring bolt?
I have today and tomorrow to do this before I have work and then school and no time to fix it. please hurry.
