If you want more for your money, look at older models like
this one. It will run an older version of Android, but you'll get better hardware for your price range. Until about a year ago I was still running Gingerbread (2.3) and had no issues with compatibility. I'm currently on Jellybean (4.3) and could move up to KitKat if I cared enough to.
If you really wanna save and don't want to worry about getting a bad brand
this old Samsung is only $94 right now.
