The sub has surprised me for sure- I didnt expect such a full sound from such a small enclosure. It is a bit weak below 60hz, but there is no substitute for enclosure size and speaker size here. Im running 300wrms on it right now. I definitely should have used 1/4" instead of 1/2" but its all done now
