a vacuum leak will not cause a misfire on only one cylinder...when you have a misfire on one specific cylinder.......you check and or replace the plug...wire or coil to eliminate ignition...once thats taken care of you go to the fuel...if you have injection pulse...and you said you replaced the injector....your next step is pulling all 4 spark plugs...pulling the fuel pump relay....and doing a compression test on all 4 cylinders....

I know it's sounds odd, with out insult, I'm ASE certified & ASE advanced BMW mechanic... I tried to get to the bottom of an odd mis-fire, (one cylinder #3) with everything workin/tested.. after I solved the vacuum leak n blocked EGR it stopped, hasnt done it in over a yr. thr will always be anomalys that logical thinking will never solve..
