Open your doors, and the catch plate is bolted to the floor of the cab. Loosen the two torx screws and pull the catch plate SLIGHTLY outward, then re-torque the screws. Close the door and tug on the bottom half, there should be no play in the door.
Repeatedly slamming the rear doors causes the plate to move over time, at least that's what I'm assuming.
