Truck has a lot of miles 186K.

Once and awhile I do hear a little chirp but not very often.

As far as the camshaft sync I have no idea only owned it for 5K and I haven't changed it.

As for fuel I have not changed fuel filter yet. Also have not checked fuel pressure. I first thought it might have been a stuck injector but they all came out wet.
