It's cranking over just fine. Just not firing. So I don't think it is low voltage or oil viscosity. I think it's going to be relay or switch that is worn out and the cold contracting metal parts is causing a lack of contact while starting.
If it pop starts, then you know you are getting power to everything with the key on. Fuel, spark, computers, etc. If it will not fire with the key turned to start, then I think the problem is the key cylinder making bad contact in the cold in the start position.
