Ok, we messed up here. Most of the country has a max speed limit of 65 or 70 mph. Ignorance on our part allowed us to insert a foot or two. Sorry.

Concerning the governor, I don't remember seeing a post on how to defeat one but that doesn't mean the information isn't here. You might have to run a search looking for it using the search tool. The governors have been mentioned several times since I've joined so I'm guessing you'll be sifting through a lot of threads to find what you are looking for.
