Unless you are going to be towing or hauling a lot, I'd go with the 3.73. On the highway at a normal speed, say 75mph, my 4.0 with 4.10s turns at almost 3000 rpm. That is with larger diameter tires than yours as well. I usually have to stay in the left lane at 65mph or less to avoid getting 13mpg as well as feeling like the engine is going to blow up.
