Big problem as you mentioned is you can't sell a mobile home 'on a dime'..could be a long time especially with the current economy. On the other hand there are some great deals on houses now. I saw a report from Las Vegas on the real estate situation there on CBC last week. At one point they checked out a house for sale. Pretty big..looked really nice inside...asking $140,000!!!!
