unless you don't care about not having your air bags none. In 2008 the changed the passenger air bag switch from a manual you did with the key the a pressure switch in the passenger seat. Unless you can figure out how to fool the switch you won't have any air bags deploy. I didn't learn of this untill after I swapped my seats. I'm using 1997 explorer limited seats that have been redone in black leather. You can use 1997-2001 seats.
