What is estimated heart rate after doing these things?
A bit off topic, I know, however....
I am creating a graph for heart rates, and I decided the best place to ask people is the internet! I would like to know, what your estimated (or if you know what it is) heart rate is while laying, standing, medium paced walk, killers (suicides), jump rope, jogging, push ups, and a sprint.
To find your heart rate, count your pulse for 15 seconds then multiply that number by 4.
Any data will be greatly appreciated.
