I have been renting out my house in Mountain Home Id for the last 5 years. I have Century 21 as a property manager ($75 a month charge) they handle all the heavy lifting I get a check every month.
You can dictated what you want in the contract. No smoking, pets, sub renters whatever you want. In today’s market undercut the others by a couple hundred $$ and not too many restrictions and you should have a renter in no time.
