I'm not sure what you are asking. Can you pull the fan out? Most definitely. You have to pull it out with the motor from the engine compartment. If your engine bay lay out is like mine, you will need to move the windshield washer reservoir to do it.
I haven't actually looked at my fan, so it may be just slid on the motor shaft and a spring lock washer is pressed on to the shaft to hold the fan in place.
