In regards to the camber issue, is the suspension at full droop?? Because when an IFS rig is jacked up and the tires are hanging in the air, the camber goes way out of wack. It does this because of the un-equal length control arms.....top of tire goes in and bottom goes out.
A wheel change or tire change shouldn't make any difference in alignment since no body touched that. It could be possible you've got bad ball joints and/or wheel bearings and pushing the wheels outward due to those spacers may make the issue more "in your face".
