I am going to try and contact Shane myself. I am going to wait for some sort of explanation to see what is going on and try to make sure everyone gets what they paid for. It is STILL against forum rules to insult other members and we will continue to enforce it. There is a right way and a wrong way to handle disputes... I am going to attempt to handle this the right way.
