Just recently picked up a 98 4x4 with real short miles. Front hubs were not locking. While changing out the front brakes, I checked out the front hubs a little. Didn't have time to dive in further at the time. I found the vacum lines rotted off the hubs. One hub was in the locked position, one was free. For the moment, I'd like to only consider restoring to factory and do not won't to put in manual hubs. Right now I'm looking for the best hints I can find on how to tear apart the bubs and the best way to go about replacing the vacum lines. Any thought out there?
