I am looking to see what Oil Peeps are running in the 4 bangers. I bought my 1999 2.5 with 88k on it. I don't know what oil was used on it. I just changed the oil for the first time after 25k(ouch) miles. I might of added 2 or 3 quarts over that time.I decided to pay some attention to it so I changed the plugs, wires, tstat, cleaned the maf sensor etc and I put valvoline maxlife blended 5w30 in it.it is running much better the plugs were shot but It seems to make a little noise when first started up coming from the bottom of the engine kind of a pinging or diesel sound. I don't know if it was there before. I am thinking of running Mobil 1 high mileage 10w30. Any thoughta or suggestions would be appreciated
