I guess it depends what you want. Body lifts are likely the easiest because it just puts a bunch of hockey pucks between the body and the frame. It's better for handling because they don't mess with alignment angles and it keeps the center of gravity lower because the frame still sits at stock height.

The only real reason for a suspension lift is not for fitting tires but serious offroading so you don't get high centered on your transmission and so you can get your bumpers high enough to get over stuff. For your use--getting bigger tires on it--a suspension lift is likely overkill.

One thing to ask though is how big tires you really need. If you put on much larger tires, you'll need to change the gear ratios in your rear differential or you won't be towing much.
