Man, I just don't trust that guy anymore. He took a couple of weeks to fix a computer (it had a blue screen during start up), and he changed everything, ram memories, hard drives, power source.. when all he had to do was to repair windows... My problem was a one day repair... now it's been 3 days and no answer. He said my computer will be done on Monday but I seriously doubt it.
Thanks for your help, Tyler. I sure will ask you in case I have any other doubt. And I'll update this on Monday if I ever get my computer back that day.
