Hi Guys

I have the heads back on and everything is back together.
I followed the manual regarding setting the adjustment of the valves; i.e. the rocker arms just touching the valves and then screw IN one and a half turns.
This necessarily means that the valves are being held open. Now I'm trying to start it and it spins over - but with no compression because the valves are all open and it won't fire.
Can somebody explain this to me? Have I done it wrong or do I just keep spinning it until the oil pressure shuts the valves?
