I would check easy things first, like replacing the fuel filter and maybe check the fuel presure...

I never tried that. You can pick a fuel press gauge pretty cheap.

Ok I finally picked me up a pressure guide to check my fuel rail and it says about 16 lbs when you turn the key to the on position and when you start it it holds around 30 lbs then when you turn it off it jumps to almost 40 lbs

Replace the high pressure fuel pump - should be 35 - 45 psi when you turn the key on
Make sure the roll-over switch is OK

The high pressure pump is the one on the framerail under the drivers seat
The roll over switch is called an inertia switch in the book it is right above the passengers feet on the firewall under the heater
You can bypass it easily just disconnect the electrical connector and jump the two prongs with a piece of wire

Hey if u still have the truck & issue, try unplugging ur O2 sensor & drive it. Had the same problem. Exact. Didn't throw a CEL either. It will if it's unplugged but if it's bad it'll fix the issue & let u know what it is. Hope this helps.
