Default 88 ford ranger runs rough

Hey guys, I've recently gotten a 88 ford ranger and i think its running on four cylinders. I will take off the spark plug boots on two of the cylinders and it won't affect how the engine is running. Both cylinders and getting spark and have good compression. The truck will shake a bit when its under load and sound ruff. Sorry for my lack of knowledge I'm new to all this, Thanks!

If you are looking forward at the truck its the top left and middle left cylinders. I'm thinking its some sort of timing issue because the cylinders are getting spark but maybe at the wrong time?

if you think it's timing, definitely go over the firing order. has everything been tuned up recently? what were your compression test readings?

I am 16 and this is my first truck, no it hasn't been taken in for a tune up recently, for compression all cylinders were 150 except for one that was 120, after I put oil in the cylinders to simulate new rings all cylinders jumped up 30 psi

----------

Like I said I'm new, how would I go over firing order?
