Well I just recently started driving my Ford Ranger 2.9 2wd. So far I love the little thing. Ive done took the old exhaust off and just left it (Sounds better) and today my heater core hose broke plus my temp sensor gave out so im stuck for now but anyway

Today I was pulling out school and i got on the interstate (aka 2 lane highway) And i was behind a slow man doing like 40 and speed limit is 60 well all my friends got and one of my friends was driving his moms car today. Well long story short i top my truck out to 85+ give or take 90 cuz my friend was running 105 passing me so so far thats how fast i been in my Gen 1 wbu

A friend of mine has a Gen 1 ranger with mustang parts in it, It does 120 no problem.

going home there are some great driving roads through the forests here. on one straight away i gave it all and hit about 95.

and thats just in the ranger. the fastest ive ever been ever was in my grandmothers car, lexus gs350. 130+ mph.. things a beast.

I'll take you for a ride in the GN. The speedo stops at 150. But i know i can keep up with a Porsche, i've done it before.
Going fast is fun in a CONTROLLED environment. I.E. track day at Michigan International Speedway. I've cruised the highbanks once or twice there.

I'll say up front, don't get your panties in a bunch if you've never been to ND, where you can see 300 miles ahead of ya its so FLAT!

I'm gonna date myself here, but I've done 160 in a 68 Z28, 155 in a 65 Impala w/built BB, and last time I've done that kinda speed was durin Desert Storm, I'd done a 14hr stint, was headin home in my 79 Malibu w/built SB, just wanted to get home ASAP, but came across Johnny Law at 95, and wasn't gonna buy that kinda ticket without a fight, I out ran him at 140 before I lost him when I turned off the main drag & killed my lights. Had to lay low for couple weeks after that, as they were checkin vehicles at the main gate that long.

111mph in my buddy's pathfinder and we ran that fast for probably 4-5 miles. And 113 mph in a titan. The fastest ive had my ranger was 98mph
