Default Replace O-Ring in AC system

Hi again, 1989 Ranger, been putting AC recharge, Sealer, Oil in AC system last few seasons, every season. The Dye comes out same place which is a O-Ring fitting I believe at the dryer/condenser.
I have those dang plastic things one need to seperate and recouple the fittings to replace O-Ring, but not sure how they work.
Would like to replace O-Ring, all help appreciated.
Thanks

Are they the fittings with the round spring on the side/edge?

I like to use these, but the plastic ones will work OK.

Just need to press the quick disconnect tool in towards the spring so that it expands the spring, then it just pulls apart. Those are mostly easy to connect, but can be a fight sometimes to disconnect. When installing, they just snap back together - no tool necessary.

PhyscoPete,
Thank you once again, I appreciate your time and Expertise.
Yes they have the flange with spring under lip, but I need make sure all pressure is released 1st I suspect. Also I found a Video on youtube a fine person took the time to make, showing the use of one of the tools you use in disconnecting this type of fitting, here is link, perhaps some others may find it helpful;

Also, You were correct in diagnosing a Bad Fuel Pump, from my prev post[1989 Ranger Hard Start] I replaced Plugs, Wires, Cap, Rotor button, Fuel Filter, PCV, Coolant Temp Sensor......
Had to take it to shop, Fuel Tank needed be dropped, Pump and Strainer replaced. Starting running good again.
Many Thanks.

Glad to hear things are going! I just try to pass on what I know with these 2.9L Rangers, spent a lot of time with them and try to help out where I can.
