Default Fuel pressure

Does anyone know what the fuel pressure for an 84 2.8L is suppose to be at operating temp and at cool temp? I've been able to find it for the 4 cyl online, but I can't find the V6.

Thanks

Default Re: Fuel pressure

A 84 2.8L V6 uses a carburetor, doesn't it? The fuel pressure for a carb is nowhere as high as fuel injected engines and is not a problem if nothing is leaking. It usually just a few pounds. Yours is a feedback carb with sensors that allows the computer to control a metering rod to modulate the fuel mixture. This carb still has a float and fuel bowl system. I looked it up and they don't give the fuel pressure.
