I Have a 1990 Ford Ranger 2.9 4x4 and it has a 3'' rough country lift kit with blocks in the rear, i was wanting to know if i could get rid of the blocks in the back and find leaf springs made to lift the rear 3'' if so does anyone know where i can find them? thanks...

if anyone has any ideas, it would really be helpful. I am trying to find out how to get rid of the blocks in the rear, it is a rough ride...can anyone please help me...
