Buying my first ranger, what to look for?
Alright its only 375 bucks, but it runs like crap I can smell fuel. only has 2 small rust spots. Its an 88 ranger 2wd with the 2.9. Oil looked good, not milky or anything, antifreeze was nice and green. Im very mechanically inclined just never owned a ranger before. Regardless of what it needs im still buying it so what should i look for as far as maintenance items?
