I have a 2001 ranger 3.0 2wd with a bad motor I have already removed the motor and I found some used motors from older ranger and was wondering what would I need to change from my motor to the new old one for it to work. Also my motor is the non flex fuel. Thanks

Probebly would need to know how old the one is you want to install, but guessing all the fuel system, cam and crank sensors, maby timing cover, along with the coil packs.

I wouldn’t want nothing older than a 93 so 93 and up I found a couple 97 and 98 in my area. I just can’t find any 2001 3.0

I wouldn't go older than 98 because the fuel systems are different for 97 and older. The 3.0 had a distributor until 94.
